Social media management

You didn't start a business to write captions.

Apex plans, makes and posts the content for small businesses and sports clubs. You approve it on your phone. We handle the rest.

Most businesses don't have a content problem. They have a consistency problem.

You already know what to post. The photos are on your phone right now. What's missing is someone whose actual job is to plan it, make it, put it out on schedule and answer the people who reply.

That's the whole job. Apex does it for a flat monthly fee, month to month, with everything approved by you before it goes live.

What you get

Four things, done properly

Content that looks like you

Captions, graphics and short-form edits built from your real products, staff, jobsites and matchdays — not stock photos of strangers in an office.

A calendar you can see

Every post planned a month ahead in a shared board. Change anything, or approve the lot in five minutes.

Posting and replies

Scheduling, stories, and answering comments and DMs the same day, so an enquiry never sits unread over a weekend.

A report you'll actually read

One page a month: what went out, what landed, what changes next. Plain numbers, no dashboard you'll never open.

How it works

From first message to first post

Days 1–3 · Free

The teardown

Send your handles. You get a short written breakdown of what's working, what's costing you follows, and the three things worth fixing first. No call required, no obligation.

Week 1

Setup

We agree the plan, collect your photos and brand assets, and build your first month of content. You review everything before a single post goes out.

Week 2 onward

Running

Posts go out on schedule, replies get handled daily, and you get a report plus a short call at the end of each month to set the next one.

Who this is for

Built for local

Soccer clubs & academies

Matchday content, registration pushes, player features and sponsor visibility across a full season.

Trades & service businesses

Before-and-afters, jobsite clips and review posts that turn finished work into the next enquiry.

Shops, gyms & restaurants

Product and menu content, promos, and replies handled so you're not on your phone at closing time.

Not the right fit: brands needing round-the-clock coverage, crisis PR, or large-scale media buying. I'll tell you that on the first call rather than take the work.

Questions

Straight answers

You have no clients yet. Why should I hire you?

Fair question. Apex is new, but the work behind it isn't — I build and run websites for local businesses, and I've handled operations and customer service for a manufacturer, which is where the discipline around scheduling, follow-up and reporting comes from. Start with the free teardown. You'll see how I think about your accounts before you've committed to anything, and everything produced is yours to keep either way.

Do I have to be in the videos?

No. It usually performs better when a real person from the business appears, but plenty of accounts run well on product, process and result-focused content. We'll work with whatever you're comfortable with.

What do you actually need from me?

Access to your accounts, anything you already have — photos, logos, past posts — and roughly thirty minutes a month to approve the calendar and join the review call. If you can send a few phone photos or clips each week, the content gets noticeably better.

Who owns the content?

You do. Every photo, video, graphic and caption is yours to keep and reuse, including if we stop working together.

How fast will I see results?

Reach and engagement usually move within the first four to six weeks. Enquiries and sales take longer and depend on your offer, not just your posting. I'd rather tell you that upfront than promise a number I can't control.

Can I cancel?

After the first 60 days, yes — 30 days' notice, no exit fee, and you keep everything made up to that point.
